International Shipments Are Sent via US Postal Service, NOT UPS, which means the rates are cheaper than posted. Please contact email@example.com for accurate shipping rates on international orders.
We do our best to process orders as soon as we can. If we cannot process an order immediately, we will email you with any back-order or special order information. Incorrect information or incomplete information given to our website will delay the shipping process, and we will contact you for any further information that we need to process your order. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders over $25 sent UPS Ground in the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will not incur shipping charges. Shipments sent via UPS Ground are not guaranteed by a certain date. If you wish to guarantee a date of delivery, please order 2-day service. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
A product purchased online may be exchanged for an online or in-store credit of the product's selling price at the time of purchase ONLY in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the item(s) has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Skates may be exchanged only if they have not been used on the ice. We are not responsible for skates being the wrong size or inappropriate for the skater's level if ordered online, and skate returns will incur a $25 restocking fee. Skaters Landing is not responsible for return shipping or re-shipping for an order that was placed incorrectly by the customer. All dress sales are final. All appropriate exchanges can be made either online by shipping the product back to the central offices for an online credit, or at any of our Skaters Landing locations. All exchanges must be accompanied with proof of purchase in order to take advantage of the exchange. If the exchange is because of our error, Skaters Landing will pay for return shipping and new shipping charges for the correctly ordered product. Skaters Landing is not responsible for any breakages or delays associated with UPS.
