As our site is brand new, we will do our best to get your shipment out as soon as possible. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
A product purchased online may be exchanged for an online or in-store credit of the product's selling price at the time of purchase ONLY in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the item(s) has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Skates may be exchanged only if they have not been used on the ice. Skates may be exchanged for a different size or model if the size and/or model is deemed inappropriate for the skater, as long as the new product is of equal or lesser value. We are not responsible for skates being the wrong size if ordered online, and skate returns will incur a $5 restocking fee. All dress sales are final. All appropriate exchanges can be made either online by shipping the product back to the central offices for an online credit, or at any of our Skaters Landing locations. All exchanges must be accompanied with proof of purchase in order to take advantage of the exchange. If the exchange is because of our error, we will pay for your return shipping; sizing errors will incur return shipping charges on the consumer. Skaters Landing is not responsible for any breakages associated with shipping. Please call our central offices with any questions you may have.
